About the App
InTune is a companion app designed to help partners understand and support their significant other through the menstrual cycle. The app provides educational content, cycle tracking tools, and AI-powered coaching suggestions.
Subscriptions and Pricing
The app offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly at $1.99 per week
- Annual at $39.99 per year
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Not Medical Advice
The app does not provide medical advice. All content, suggestions, and AI coaching responses are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.
AI Coaching
The app includes an AI coaching feature powered by the Claude API. Responses are generated in real-time and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment and refer to the section above.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Misuse, abuse, or exploit the AI coaching feature
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the app are the property of InTune and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InTune and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
